TRAIN is a complete fitness and strength solution. It provides the user with a way of working out that is challenging but also low impact. We offer a choice of 7 different training sessions providing a full whole body, low impact approach to fitness.

Each of the 7 ULTIMATE WORKOUTS have the six week functional training program attached to it, which means whatever workout you decide on has a carefully planned structure that can also be altered around anyone’s personal restrictions through weight, age or injury. You will not find a more structured and professional service anywhere.

The training is planned out and structured to progress in time, frequency, intensity and type over a very effective six weeks. This means each week the sessions will either get longer, you will have more exercises, the exercises will get harder or the type of training method will change. This is a vital and key element to the continued results of the person taking part.

TRAIN bases its approach on metabolic conditioning which is now proving to be the preferred tool for fat burning by sports coaches and top fitness professionals. We also use interval training methods and circuit training methods. you will never do the same routine twice, you will never stay at the same level and you will be guided coached and motivated towards a new you.
