Lisa Chin Chuck

My name is Lisa and I am a mum of 3. I have always been a working mum and juggled numerous jobs with the children, but have somehow always set aside a few hours a week to exercise.

Through better training and having more confidence I decided to pursue a long unfulfilled ambition of mine and become a qualified fitness instructor. I now have my level 1 and 2 fitness awards and through hard work and determination Tom has decided to employ me in his business.

tom's PHILOSOPHY

I’m here to provide you, all of you with an ever changing and effective way of working out.

This is not an intricate look at your body weight and postural alignment and this is not about striving for perfection.

This is about me wanting you to feel good about yourself, I’m realistic and know we are all different shapes and sizes but it doesn’t mean you can’t get the very best out of you, that’s what Train is about.

Challenge yourself and you will see what you can achieve, there are no fancy mood lights, juice bar or massage centre it's plain and simple, just TRAIN.

I have been training with Tom for nearly 2 years now I wanted to get fit, I hated the way I looked and make some hard decision in my life so I trained and as a result I gave up drinking and smoking and train 3 times a week.
