TRAIN is designed to be a gym and personal training alternative, somewhere where you can go without any distractions and just train. At TRAIN you will perform functional whole body exercices that are low impact in nature, avoiding too much kinetic chain impact (pressure placed on joints and spine).

We use and adapt these excellent fat burning protocols to suit all levels and ages: -

TABATA – 20 seconds on 10 seconds off

METABOLIC RESISTANCE TRAINING – 30 to 70 second intervals

HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING) –30 to 70 second intervals
