Time is a factor!
I used to think that this was just an excuse, but it's not. Unfortunately we live in a rat race society where our health is bottom of the list and the choices we have to improve it are limited.
The Gym – boring and full of distractions
Personal Training – the only burn you'll get from that is in your wallet!!
Most Gym programs are 1 hour long to fit that in for most people is hard. Also if your gym program is 1 hour long that means you are in there probably about an hour ½.
At Train you are in and out in 45mins max with no hanging around. When you train, you are with like- minded people who are there to succeed.

You’re nervous. Your instructor was brilliant in your induction but today he’s chatting to that pretty girl over on the thigh machine and doesn’t help you now.
You look around at all the people, then you take a look at your gym card, your stomach turns…
So what does the gym have to attract you? And why is it such an addiction at the beginning and becomes a money loser in the end.

You would have to be one super motivated person to enjoy that nonsense for 1 hour, you end up most often left alone, waiting for machines to become available and before you know it you don’t get the kind of work out you had hoped for.
Now let’s see how we can make it look far better with some results you’re looking for that is achievable in a time frame that really is unbelievable.
